if you'r interested in the puckline I'd go with a mobius honestly. That being said, I'd go with the waffle over a KS.
They are both dope pieces. I've owned a waffle, and my best friend has a puckline, but they are entirely different rips however. The waffle has a bit of an initial drag, then kicks in and starts stacking. It is a "fizzy" toke. The puckline has absolutely no drag- almost too little for my likes- but stacks like mad as well. Both blowers put a ton of work and precision into their tubes- you will be quite satisfied with either/or.
