One wonders how they got that power in the first place. This is why I laugh when people bring up the Constitution--I'm a supporter of the ideas and all that in the Constitution, but to say, 'THATS UNCONSTITUTIONAL' makes me laugh, because it's clear that the Constitution isn't even followed, and because of a few ambiguous parts, you can subjectively interpret the entire document to fit your narrative.
