I was just reading this article about the AZ immigration law, and how people are upset about it and what not. I personally dont understand why people are flippin out, they are just enforcing a law. But anyways, I saw this The controversy over the Arizona law, which would make it a state crime to be in the country illegally, hung over Calderon's visit. I know there point was its usually a federal crime, and now the state can prosecute, but I dont see any reason why a state shouldnt be able to charge criminals that are residing in their state, as long as its backed by federal law. anybody else have any thoughts?
