Shit man, where were you a few months ago? I was living just outside Dulles(I could see the damn airport from my front door) I was a half hour from Fairfax in decent traffic. Sorry man, all I can tell you about the place is that there are a couple decent shisha cafes. I don't remember the names or locations though... There's also a nice cigar store in the Fair Oaks Mall, it's called John Hayes tobacconist. I liked the Old Virginia Tobacco in the Dulles Town Centre better though. Wait...why are we talking about cigar stores now? *puff* *puff* ummmm........Welcome to the City!
