Just bought the black mamba, am I using it right?

i bought the vape to stop me smoking, and it’s terrible.... I had it on all the settings, you have to directly inhale to get any sort of drag on it, I’ve tried loosely packing the bud, and it just seems like I’ve wasted my money, are there any vaporisers where you can vape it as if you’re smoking it? Like easier to draw....?
