Ok tried this once and stunted my plants distappointed? a little just look at it as a learning experience so i planted some new ones they should sprout tomorrow last time i sprayed them with a bottle twice a day till the dirt was wet is that wrong? i read you water them once every three days to make the roots stretch i was wondering about how much water should i be giving them if i was to say pour it in the pots by cup? i started them in 1 gallon pots (keep from stunting with pot exchange) under cfls to give an idea of whats going on thank you for all the help
You can't get advice on how much to water by volume or how frequently, there are too many variables in your control (soil, drainage, evaporation, etc). Just do it like this: when you water do so thoroughly to soak the soil all the way through, until you get runoff out the bottom drainage holes. Then don't give any water until the next watering, which you should do when the soil dries out a bit. To test, stick a finger an inch into the soil, if it feels damp at all then keep waiting. Giving a little water constantly is the surest way to suffocate the roots and stunt or kill your plant.
oh fuck is regular water out of the faucet bad ph or something? cause im using bottled water for them i figure it was good but i really need to fix spraying them soaked twice a day and drain them like now
