Do more research and don't use QT's guide. There are several tried and proven teks, I've had my best results from combining them into a simple A/B extraction, i never tried STB tho. And its probably worth it to buy some MHRB already grinded up. It has a high concentration and theres no need for a defat. Hope you enjoy your spice.
