Just a poem

  1. Stolen Seats, by Oz.

They snapped my line, Didn't even think
My mind is my world, Earth is our only link
    Your words are invisible violence
Taken and used by the most keen tyrant

They snapped my line, Didn't even blink
Washed my dreams down the sink
I tried to pull them together
By digging through that slummy sewer (manure, manure)

    They snapped my line

Why would you stop somebody from doing something
If that something released them free
Maybe you don't understand that something
But that doesn't mean its a disease

Why would you stand around doing nothing
    Looking like a plastic sheep
The world is a place for living (no not nothing)
The sign reads “take a seat”

Stolen seats make the perfect crime

  2. Anybody have thoughts or critique for my poem?
Does it sound like just another poem, or what?
