Joint Size of Bong

    So I need to get a diffuser for my bong soon, it is a weedstar fat joe. The joint size is 18.8 and the ideal downstem length is 15cm. But I don't know what size I should get the diffuser? 18.8? Is the joint size of 18.8 only for the bowl or for the downstem too?
