Its called jazz rap or rap jazz, something like that. Its rap and jazz. Its hella good to listen to stoned. 2 of my favorite jazz rap songs right now are "Flowers" by wiz khalifa and "dot dot dot" by wiz khalifa. I wouldnt really say those tracks are jazz hip hop, they have a jazzy influence but its not all there. Here check some of this out, I made this post a few weeks back but it didn't really get much response.
