when i made a thread about the sizes of matter and different sets of physics laws to govern them etc etc...that night was a product ofmy wife/buddy and i talking hard and deep and one of the things that came up that fucked me up was: "energy mass equivalence" now this thing says E=m when you take c=1....?!?!?!!?!?! :LE CONFUSED''!!!: what is this?...i dont undertsnad it.....isnt c the speed of light?!....how can we take c as 1?.... help ps...this whole came up from the question "does light have mass?é
E doesn't equal M, E equals mass multiplied by the speed of light squared. And no, light does not have mass. I don't understand what your trying to say about c being equal to 1. Sorry if this didn't help haha
no man thats what they do apparently under this equivalence thing like they say "c=1" and then deduce E=m.....google "energy mass equivalence" and youll see what i mean....because i was like "the fuck?!?!?"
