Is this vape juice or thc oil?

That looks like it is probably a cannabis tincture, I don't think you are supposed to vape that, you are supposed to put it under your tongue.

 

The giveaway was seeing glycerin and agave, glycerin is often used in tinctures and the agave is to sweeten it a little to make it more palatable. but yeah, don't try vaping that

 

Dude edibles/THC oil take 1-2 hours to kick in report back after that not 10 mins

 

I wouldn't personally unless you know it's THC oil..

I vape ecig juice & it says on the bottles to eat it, I think you've got vape juice buy a cheap ecig & test it oit

You won't necessarily feel high from tinctures as they are designed for oral/topical application effectively treating a wide spectrum of neurological issues such as seizures and spasms.

I can't see the bottom of the ingredient list so I couldn't tell you

 

All the recreational Tinc's I've tried are weak. Homemade ones are where it's at.
Could very well be a weak Tinc, probably 100mg a bottle, which isn't enough for a frequent user.

From looking at the code on the bottle, its definitely weed.
