is this supposed to happen?

    this is on the 1st set of 3leaves.. on the ends of em, is it normal?

    ok well the ends of them r rusty, its like what happens to the very 1st set of leaves, the seeds leaves

    i dunno if its normal but it happened to my plants on almost every set of leaves....and it's growing strong
