Alright, in a box that is (WxDxH) probably going to be around 3'x3'4' would 3-4 4 foot full spectrum flouroscent lights be sufficient, if not, what should i do, i am only able to use floro's at the time being.

Power compact floros or compact floros give you better lumen output per watt and are actually more effient than standard floros. You can flowering and get successful results from floros but you need keep you plants as close to the light as possible without burning them. Using 4-8 in depending on you lighting.
