    Purchase a usb cam or pocket scope to check trichomes. Snip a little piece of bud and get it under the scope/cam and see what the trichomes are telling you.

    Even without a scope, those don't look near ready IMO. At least a couple weeks.

    I am thinking my top buds are ready but bottoms are still white. I really don’t know what to do. Just harvest the ones I feel are done?

    I would say (from what I have read and researched) that you are not ready yet. The hairs still look white
