should be alright, but dont believe the description... if you can handle the heat (cooltubes work best), HID lamps (MH/HPS) are much better than fluorescents.
oh yea I know im just wanting to use one of these for seedlings and clones so I can have them separate from my 600 watt tent oh and do you know which is better between clone gel and power?
