i found this light in my basement, and it works, so i was hoping that it might be a good light to put in my indoor cabinet, but im not sure if its the right kind of light. i have only CFL tubes and CFL bulbs in there right now, and i dont have any experience with other kinds of lights. ok, heres all i know about the light. Brand: Westinghouse ~ the word westing house curves 360 deg. making a circle, and inside the circle, it has "R.S" written Voltage: 110-125 volt AC only Wattage: 275w also, it has SUN LAMP written in large, capital letters across the front of it, thats why i am thinking it may be a proper growing light. responses are greatly appreciated. fingers crossed that it is the right kind of light!
that light is a tanning light on ebay they have them says there from the 60's lol it did not give a k rate so idk
well if its a tanning light, it immitates sun light, which plants love of course... might this mean it will work?
