I just bought a half of this not realizing it has black spots on the leaves, is that mold or am I paranoid?

Happens to the best of us. I think that's why we all either are making a grow op, or have been a self sustained smoker for a while. But keep your head up man, try and sell it off, or just take the lesson open that bag up shine your phone light on it b4 the dude walks away.
