Is this an accurate representation of the American Legal System?

  1. Judge: "Alright, well we don't have enough evidence so you are free of rape. NEXT CASE!"
    Judge: "Alright, well we don't have enough evidence so you are free of murder. NEXT CASE!"
     
    Judge:"You were caught smoking marijuanas???? Through this man in jail immediately"

     
  2. Yes it's just like that. You've read the judicial manual I see, as that is almost word for word the book.
     
  3. I been though the justice system a few times. My take of it is that it is a revenue generator
    Getting caught with weed and other drugs is Easy to prove.
    Murder and rape, on the other hand, is a lot harder to prove. Plus, the charges are more seroius. So you better be right when you throw someone in jail for killing or raping someone
    The police are lazy. They will take 100 possession ceases over a murder case any day

    Plus someone caught with drugs pays to stay out of jail, it is an option. So might as well milk that person as much you can
