If they havnt opened yet your other girls should be good to go, if not sure, mist everything with water first it will destroy the pollen so as you pull it it won't contaminate the others https://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?threads/1395837/
If it was a bag seed chances are it is a genetic issue and not from stress. So if it bag seed just junk it cuz you'll be pulling footballs off for all of flower if you run it
Yea if that's the case and there's not other plants to contaminate then just run it and try to pull off all the dicks lol. Like others have said it could stop if it was stressed caused like it sounds
