Is This A Grow Light?

    some light was installed in my garage while i was renting it out. its very strange since the garage already had a light.. it kind of looks a bit like one..

    Yea it could be made to work with some 6500 K floro tubes.

    No they used it for a light.  Grow lights are hung from cords or chains most of the time.

    but its weird that the garage also has a perfectly funtioning light?
