Dude, that is just the bulb. You still need the reflector and the balast. Those are the expensive parts.
Bulbs are getting cheaper everyday. Its a good starter bulb, will grow you some nice bud but nothing spectacular. You really need to start at the 400W range if you want to grow some real decent bud.
