So in my 5 years of smoking, I finally buy a scale. But the thing is that when I put a few small buds on it the scale doesn't show anything but 0.0 But when I put a bill on the scale it shows that it's 1.0g Is there something wrong with this scale or is it normal for this to happen? Nope I turn the scale on and put the bud on it then it shows 0.0 unless I put more bud then shows like 1.2 and what not Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Tare it out with something that registers. Most people do it with a detachable lid, but a couple quarters (as in change) should help do the trick. Tare instructions are on your lid. Make sure you're calibrated and such, too.
Calibrate it with the 200g object if it came with one. Follow the instructions on the lid. If that goes all well, it should display the correct weight with the correct mode "g" for gram. Other than that you can do taring with the lid on the scale see if that makes any difference. Sadly if all else fails your scale is damaged.
