Is there a large tank vape that can handle oil instead of filling cartridges that works well?

I have tried a few and don't want to mention any names to give free promotion to some company that didn't work.
One company has a bee logo. There tank has to never be tipped or it will mess it all up.
In my world, that is not always going to be because I am fairly disabled.

I am looking for something dependable that I can put about 5 mls of oil in at a time.
No pods, or 510 cartridges.
