Is there a guide on types of cannabis strains and their effects?

    Ive been lurking for a while and i noticed something that caught my attention. I saw a bunch of neon green weed and i was thinking, man that looks pretty. But then afterwards i couldnt remember what thread it was.

    So i was wondering if theres a guide to help me find which are some good types/breeds of plants to grow/smoke and their effects? Like i read that sativa strains give a better high than indica but indica gets you stoned. And I watched pineapple express and i remember the dealer describing different types of plants and their different effects. Dunno if thats real or not but thats how deprived i am from the world of weed.

    I have never smoked before.

    Im actually looking for information on specific strains. Like Sweet Tooth, Mango, etc.

    Kinda like this thread only a little more specific.
