    i've been waiting 2 days for a response from them regarding an order i made and i still got nothing anyone knows why is so slow?

    Post in website feedback, I've seen a lot of these threads and remember reading that it's because of customs, not Grasscity. They have a lot of people complaining right now. Be patient, young padawan.

    oh is not regarding a late order the problem was that one of the items came in broken

    Oh ok, I apologize then. Yeah they'll get back to you but they are dealing with a lot of complaints about waiting times.

    wouldn't a broken item be on the shipping company, UPS ,FED-X ,etc. ?

    that's an issue that grass-city has to solve with the shipping company bc i have no idea what shipping company it was and i have secure payment they have to secure the item delivery as wanted

    Once they ship it, its not in GCs hands anymore

    well i didn't get what i paid for and the person who i've paid to is GC so they have to ether solve the problem, but i paid them directly not the shipping company
