I have 3-4 leaves with light green dots on It, what is it ? And should I be concerned about It ? It is only on my oldest plants [ 20 days old ]

I'd look for any sign of pests, and especially underneath the leaves. It looks like insect damage. Still, those couple dots wouldn't concern me. J
Iv looked underneath And theres nothing , but iv seen see a little flyging big In my tant maybe he is bitting some of mt leaves , gonna try To catch that fucker
