  1. I been on this Warrior Diet for 3 weeks and this morning I took some alpha brain from onnit.com as I woke up. Is it breaking the fast when I do this? Your comments please

  2. Hi there, taking supplements and medicine will not affect 'The Warrior Diet'. As long as you follow it strictly, these things will not affect it what so ever.
Check out this article on it here if you have any other questions.

    Best of luck to you!

  3. I advocate a "modern" paleo diet.

The paleo/warrior diet said no processed food. But I believe there are some OK exceptions.

For one vitamin c can ne taken as a supplikent in huge doses and be beneficial

As a culture we are vitamin b deficient. We don't know.for sure why yet.

    Omega 3 supplikents are harmless.

I also eat things like spam in moderation. Preservatives are still bad, but food storage is important for survival.

Some say rice is OK in small ammounts.

Fruit juice is OK if no added sugar or shit.

Also some canned food is OK.

    Tomato sauce depending on brand
    Tuna
    Sardines

I also.eat vinager and olive oil which aren't paleo but only.in small ammounts in salads.

Vinager is supposed to be good for you as is wine in moderation.

  4. Oh and as for fasting.

The answer is if it has calories its not fasting LOL.

A small ammount of fat for omegas is OK.

    What's the number they say? Like.under 100 Cal's?
