i got an ounce of mids and i was wondering if itd be worth it to spray it to extract the oil. also i was wondering if you done it what method did you find best and how much did you yield?

Depends on the quality of the starting product. More trichs the better. 20% is a good rate. Depending on if you further process to remove lipids, leaf waxes, and other fats. That will lower your yield considerably but your Bho will be SmOotH
