    For the perfect time question, it depends on where you live.

    may 1st is the last frost, u want to plant now or then! my girls have survived but others are not az lucky! goodluck and happy growing mangggg

    i started planting on the winter and nows its spring... i think, my plants are okay :D! and health

    I start indoors in april, and then in may when the weather settles out go ahead and get em outside
