    I want to send a old metal pipe threw the mail is it possible to clean the pipe so much thats its completly legal and THC free?

    Put it in a bag with rubbing alcohol and sea salt, shake shake and shake.

    If it is really important you can just buy a new metal piece for 5 to 10 bucks. And to answer you question Im not sure but I know a dog will still be able to sniff it out.

    let it soak in whatever you use to clean it for a couple hours
