Is it normal for a seed to sink instantly after being place in water mine did

    I placed a seed from Phoenix seeds super kush that I got from the vault it instantly sank to the bottom I am used to seeing seeds float on water for 6plus hours before they sink to bottom and if this is normal which I'm not used to should I just put it in paper towel immediately now since it sank instantly or do I have a dud

    Give it 24 hrs see if it cracks .

    So far so good I check the bean out it started to crack open heck yeah supper happy never had a seed sink like that and beautifully crack open this is definitely a good bean Phoenix seeds produced
