You will get a better response and can check out what your neighbors are doing in the grow forums,,,indoor growing can be done anywhere with materials available at your local hardware and garden store.
A post like this doesn't really deserve a response. "???!!" wtf is that? And this sure ain't news from the US. But the answer is no. You need to do some research yourself man. All the answers are out there. Use google. Start by learning how the plant grows and what conditions it needs and expand from there.
What are you afraid of Helicopters with the cameras and shit? Don't know about you but the towns in my county...all have been cutting back police forces the past years. I guess if you have a spot where smell won't be an issue you should be good. DON'T TELL ANYONE though...
Why would indoor growing be more difficult in one spot than another? You really should have expounded on your thread title, we have no idea what you mean by it being hard to grow.
