it's not as bad as some people may make you think wayyy back when I was younger and wasn't old enough to by cigars and shit I used to make aluminum pipes all the time. I got tired of getting my older friends to buy cigars for me just so they could linger around and smoke my bud.

it hasnt been proved but when you smoke out if it it does hurt, if youre talking about aluminum cans then its the ink that will harm you, same for any colored can, dollar bill, and even reciept/any paper

alzheimers suffers have increased levels of aluminum in their lungs. That has been proven. Can they completely blame it on the aluminum, no, but do you really want aluminum flakes in your lungs.

There is a difference in 1 or 2 times, than everytime you smoke. I would say it's not bad if you do it if it's a last resort (better than computer paper) however I wouldn't use a coke can everytime I smoke.
