Is ammount of Crystals the only way to tell if a bud is good?

    How do you tell by looking at bud if its prime stuff or great instead of mid ones. Is it being covered in crystals/trichromes the only signal? If you say a way please explain, like the smell - how you can tell by the smell its better.

    No that's not the only sign. Make sure it's not dry; it shouldn't be super wet, but fluffy. How does it smell? Good bud tends to wreak. Make sure it comes in bud form, and not shake. What about color? All forms of green and purple are acceptable, but good bud is never brown.

    If all else fails, smoke some. If it tastes alright, goes down fairly smooth, and gets you high at your normal dank amount, it's fine.

    amount of seeds if any... that's what i look for first, then crytals and smell.. some good pot doesnt even have a smell really though... the only real test is just to load a bowl..
