Just wondering if 18 hours of light per day is the minimum required by plants during veg state. Wasn't sure if 16 hours would be alright.
There has been a lot of debate about using 18/6 or 24/0. In my opinion, 24/0 works best for veg. 16/8 would not achieve the desired growth.
hes not asking whether or not to have more than 18 hours..hes asking if he can use less. anything more than 18 hours can be beneficial, people use an 18 hour cycle to cut costs on electricity
