  1. Im starting this today. Anyone have any experience with this beach body program?
     
  2. Ye i tried it for a couple of days, sweating 30 minutes after i finished, but really hard to keep up i had to take multiple breaks. If you can do it for 3 months your denifetly going to get fit not buff but fit.
     
  3. I just did max insanity with a friend for a week, then he let me take home the regular insanity.
    I'm excited to try. I will probably throw in some lifting but I'm not worried about it.
     
  4. It'll get you pretty fit, and it's better than nothing. But it's not gonna get you ripped or buff or anything. Maybe after doing it 4-5 times.
     
  5. If it shreds my fat than thats what im going for. Being bulky isnt my thing
     
  6. I think the best way to go then is a sport.

    If you practice a sport every day like a real athlete youll have tue body that suits what you like
