I recently bought a clone : (http://forum.grasscity.com/general-indoor-growing/331748-my-first-grow-3-weeks-2.html) It came with a mini net pot; I cut a hole in a 2.5 gal water container with drain and slipped in the pot. It would work well for a small to medium sized plant.
gotta wrap that bitch in aluminum tape!!! the light shining through is going to cause algae growth in there and how u going to get air to the roots are u going to put some airstones in there attached to a pump like a bubble bucket?
Well im not actually using it, I have 2 bubble buckets... but it would be a great way to start a clone or seedling. Obviously I would tape the entire thing and run a couple airlines to the bottom with stones, if i ever decide to try it. I could even add another hole on the other side for a second net pot! Good way to get clones going quick. Much easier to build than the buckets!
