I don't know about that . there are a good bit of states that have had bills shot down recently . Texas Gov. Just came out and said Nope no , and no again . in my opinion even if this whole roll out of recreational weed goes on unflawed we could still be looking at 10 years for legal weed in the south . of course that's just my opinion from many years of following the whole legalization thing .
