incandescent lights?

    Hey everyone, mainly out of curiosity, why are incandescent lights a bad choice of lighting for growing? Too hot, burn out quickly, incorrect light spectrum~? thanks

    Wrong spectrum. And also wasteful of energy - 95% of their output is in the form of heat.

    Get CFLS. lower wattage and is as bright as a reagular as a incandesant
