  1. so I finally started working again and tomorrow will be my birthday/ first paycheck. After the summer I'm getting my own place with my girlfriend and am looking to buy a real nice vape, any opinions? moneys not a factor will spend my whole paycheck if I have to. right now I'm leaning towards a volcano can any other vapes even compare to this? I know there +600 but I was thinkin I could get it on eBay for less than half that. oh and I live in jersey so there's not really any headshops around me :/. opinions are appreciated!

  2. If you're feeling crafty you can build your own. If you're interested let me know I can get you plans. It isn't terrible difficult and it kinda looks cool.

  3. Well if money isn't an issue go ahead and get a volcano.

Buying an Ebay vaporizer isn't the brightest thing to do because of their quality.. warranty..reputation.

You should probably do some research yourself and find out what suits your needs, Some people enjoy using whip based vaporizers and others prefer bag units. And there are people who enjoy both.

Search Grasscity for some reviews on different vaporizers and find out something worth your money.

    Good Luck!

  4. all depends what you are looking for
if money is no object and you want a prty vape several people will be using frequently, cano is the way to go

if you want a personal portable, magic flight launch box$100 i have one and love it!

if you want thick bong like rips vaporbros/ da budda..good for 1-4 people 160/200 respectively...i have a vaporbros and it is amazing i have no complaints

if you want somthing that does bags and whips, the extreme q 2.0 is the way to go i think its around 250ish

if you want somthing to conerve your herb greatly, the purple days is the way to go, get lifted off .025 g of herb although thereis a waiting list...

look these up and youll find what fits your needs...check out fuckcombustion.com as well...hope i helpeed!! :hello:

^^ Took the words right outta my mouth. ;)

Well said and a bit of +rep for ya.

One thing to add though regarding the wait list and the Purple Days. If you want a vape that is as equally as efficient but don't want to wait months for it, there are two other options. One, is that if you like building kits, Purple Days is offering a kit version called the Pandora. It will get to you quicker, it's cheaper and you have customizable options like the kind of wood you want (cherry, alder, maple, walnut, myrtlewood, etc etc etc) and the kind of leather you want on the bottom (cowhide, lizard, snake, bison, etc etc etc.) The other option would be to get the Myrtlezap. Both of these options are equally as efficient as the pre-built Purple Days.

  6. Get vaporbrothers or magic flight as said above

  7. The Magic Flight Launch Box is amazing just got one last week and i love it and once you learn how to use it you will love it. If being portable and money not an issue i suggest getting a bigger one but if stealth and portability are important definitely invest.

  8. WHATEVER you do, don't buy a Vapir. I have one at the moment and it really let me down.

  9. I'd steer clear of the vaporbros, and the magic flight. You really only have three options, da buddha, purple days, or a volcano.

I own a Dbv, and the thing is awesome. Zero
    Complaints.

  10. haha well ii have learned from the best ;)

  11. You'd stay clear of the VaporBros and the LaunchBox? They are two of the best reviewed products ever.

    Aww, shucks. Thanks...

I've had a volcano classic for 7 months or so and i have to say that its defiantly worth it. I've owned a vaporbros, vaporgenie, and iolite and used many other vapes and nothing comes close to the volcano. My only complaint is that i didnt buy one sooner :)
i got mine at vapeworld.com they have them for $540 and throw in the starter kit with 6 bags which is worth like $100 itself. they also have a nice carrying case for it with two combination locks and adjustable compartments that can fit the volcano, a few bags, a grinder, and a few jars of herb haha. I'll post some pics of mine
edit you cant really see how thick the bag is with the lighting in my room but i'll get three bags off 0.2g and thats enough to get me baked

    Attached Files:

  13. I suggest Da Buddha. It's not as expensive as the volcano and is much better in my opinion for a small group of people, (1-3). I just invested in one and it's great. It produced bong like vapor rips, about 10 from .2 grams. It will definitely get you very high on very little and with the vaped bud leftover you can make editables and/or hash.

  14. lol im sure dbv gets complaints and some user errors..every vaporizer does, no such thing as a perfect unit.

as for the vaporbros, maybe your referring to the angle of the heating element?
if thats the case that can be fixed by packing the bowl properly or bracing it against something so the heating element is straight. For the price its offered it is a really decent whip vaporizer with a 3 year warranty [if you register].

as for the magic flight..i have no idea why you would want to steer clear, if actually never heard of anyone sending their unit back for repair or experience any problems..care to share what made you put down these two vaporizers..?

im thinking your not a big fan of wooden vaporizers..

  15. On the other hand, there are many that own multiple vapes including the Volcano and their 'Cano is collecting dust in the closet.

No vape is the best for everyone, including the Volcano. It's a great vape, but there are certain things that other vapes do better.

all my other vapes sit in the closet except for my iolite which i use on the go :D i've never had any problems or complaints with my volcano at all :D
I also got the extra large bags for when i go to parties :)

  17. Yup. Nothing like a good bag vape for parties.

  18. thanks for all the help guys after some searching i got it down to either the cano or purple days it'd be nice if i got the cano with a lockbox bags and starter kit included and the size variety of the bags is a plus too (also I saw one instock at a head shop in Philly the other day). just got my paystub in the mail yesterday got $900 to work with so I think I'll be buyin myself a real nice birthday present :hello: I'll upload some pics when I've made my final decision. thanks again!

  19. get a nice tube for vapor bonging. just make sure you get a gong adapter.

  20. I would even recommend the Purple Days or Da Buddha. I just bought Da Buddha and I'm always using it so far non-stop. It's heating up as we speak and I usually leave it in all day and just come back to vape whenever I please. It'd be nice to do this with the Purple Days since it's made to stay on (the Buddha is just not specifically). Either way you can't go wrong, I'm in love with my Buddha.
