Im depressed

  1. I just feel like crying.
    Mood swings but mostly flat or agitated.
    Creeping disturbing thoughts.
    Smoking doesn't help much anymore and probably only making it worse.

    Help me cope I just need an outlet
     
  2. try smoking more and if that dosent work well then...smoke more i guess.
     
  3. Find a distraction.. Xbox, movies, the gym, shopping.. Reading. As long as you can focus on anything else
     
  4. you arent getting high enough to not give a fuck.
     
  5. Exercise. Honestly, it's probably the single best thing you can do on your own to improve your mood. The immediate effect is your body releasing endorphins. Long term, as you get in shape, your self esteem is almost guaranteed to improve.
