I would wish for more wishes? No, just kidding, I would wish that Marijuana is 100% permanently legal on Earth.

 

A replicator, like on Next Generation. 
I'd replicate a phaser and light my replicated joints with it.

 

1. Infinite wishes
3. A billion dollars
2. (If possible one of these) invisible, teleport, read minds, or super strength
4. 10 inches soft and 12 inches hard

All in order, had to change 2 and 3...

 

I wish that people would like me on GC so I could have friends.

 

To go back in time, around elementary school, and redo life, would've followed my dreams.
