first let me tell you whats going on in IL....the whole system is corrupt...the rats have came in and stole all the money and ran...we are bankrupt....so what happens to the people of IL....they suffer through things such as this... House rejects $1.01 cigarette tax hike - Chicago Sun-Times sure the house didnt let it go this time, however im sure when it passes it will be just under a dollar.....i dont smoke cigs....but its like stealing money. however to get back to the topic of this thread, if i were gov...i would take a look at legalizing mj.....why not make a stand to the other states and bypass them all and go for straight legalization.....rake in all the money and look like a genius.....but ill never be, and nobody has balls to do this anyway.
