I just tried on smoking and usage and it won't work but then it works on something else .. Sorry for waiting y'all's time ill figure this thing out
Well in some sections there's a post requirement to prevent spam bots. That means you have to respond to already existing threads before you can make your own thread in some sections. I believe you need 10 posts and then you should be able to create threads in the sections you haven't before.
Anti-Spambot protection. Bonafide users have to have at least 10 good posts before they can start a new thread in most forums
