I also brew beer, so I have temp cont refrigerators (basicly a control that I can dial in any temp) I have one that I won't be using for a while and thought about storing my jars of smoke in there. What would be the ideal temp that you would store your smoke. Just thru a pic of my current grow 1-2 weeks from chop.
