So we were at my local headshop looking at some glass, when my buddy asks about one with an ice pinch, since all we've ever hit is just straight bongs, smoke through water and into lungs. So he asks if putting the ice in really makes a difference to the hit. The woman said that it's not a good idea to put ice in it because once it melts and becomes smaller, it can slip through the ice pinch and jam against the percolator which could break it. I'd never heard of that happening before, have you heard of this happening? Do you think it's plausible?
If it's melted to the point where it can slip thought the pinch, then it's a pretty god damn small ice cube at that point. I don't think it would do shit.
