I wanna lose some weight and get my diet back on track.

  1. Yeah I know, that was considering my typical fluctuation. I was 5 lbs lower than the lowest fluctuation I've ever had at my current weight (which has held steady for a couple years). I weigh myself maybe once a month standard. I do so more often when I make an eating change, just to sort of gauge any immediate, concerning rapid changes. Like now.
     
    I do feel great though. I've actually been loading up on green smoothies (which is a bit misleading, there's no yogurt in it, just a splash of milk, splash of natural pomegranate juice, and loads of veggies), which is awesome I think because it's super hard to really eat enough fruits and vegetables when you want that to be the bulk of your diet, but it's so much easier when you pulverize a whole bag full of veggies into 12 fl oz lol.
