  1. so i have a plant that is in flowering and the main stem got snapped by a careless friend. its not completely snapped but its just torn half way. i am wondering if that top part of the main stem will recover and repair the stem. if i used string or a little tape to keep it in place should i? thanks for the help.

  2. I have read that it is best to prop it up, so that the plant is well supported, and it should heal. the best thing to do is not aggravate it. More experienced members please chime in

  3. thanks for posting so fast. yeah i did prop it up slighty. its in position so its not bent at all. i hope it will be good.

  4. As long as you treat it with great care, your plant may suprise you!

    no problem:)

  5. tape it and splint it if needed.

it can recover. give it a week or so, if the top starts to noticeably die just take it off and grow from there.

  6. all right thanks for the help. i took your advice and taped it up and get it held up. i hope this works well. ill try and remember to respond and say if recovered or not
