Girl thats chill wants to smoke, she has mono though. Now I know this sounds stupid, but would this work? Were going to be using the mflb. I would take hits directly from the box, and she from the stem.
First off, I doubt the MFLB has enough battery power to work for two people and be very effective. But honestly, her taking hits from the stem and you taking hits from the box should be fine. Just make sure she doesn't blow into it.
Then yeah, do it. Just be careful. Make SURE she doesn't blow. You can also smoke first yourself, then let her take some hits and wash with alcohol after she uses it.
